They answered the phone and were quick to schedule. The guy was 20 plus minutes early from estimated time which was amazing. We had a clogged toilet and the gentleman was able to fix quickly. I also mentioned I had just had gotten some parts for my other toilet and needed to install. He was able to do that as well. They just charged for the hour. Which was amazing. I expected the price to be more as they arrived so quickly. I called close to 3pm on a Thursday and they were there and done well before 5 pm. A great experience.

I love these guys. They are affordable and know what their doing - very friendly and personable. They helped me install a new drain in a bathtub we had converted to a shower and I am contacting them for more work today. If they are going to be late - they almost always respond to messages and calls to let you know what's going on. I have a koi pond. The waterfall shut off so no oxygen for my 35 year old pets. Fred's Hardware to the rescue. Time was of the essence and next came smart, experienced, and innovative.
