Roy's Sewer Service

I had two plumbing services out on a Friday after a sewage line blockage in our new house (that was missed on the home inspection) - neither could solve it (lacked the equipment) and both recommended I contact Roys. I went online and the reviews seemed a little mixed and they were not open over weekends (we had to put our house guests in a hotel over the weekend - an expensive lesson in believing what plumbers say on their websites or what home warranty providers claim). I thought it was worth giving them a try and was very impressed. Curtis turned up on time on the Tuesday morning and quickly determined that the clean-out was not going to be fit for purpose but rather than refusing the job he removed the toilet (the quickest, cleanest toilet removal and reinstallation I have seen) and snaked for almost 100ft before finding and removing the blockage. There was a lot of 'full' pipe to clear and he needed help with filling buckets etc but again rather than call for backup or delay the job he let me help him and together we were able to clear enough for him to be able to snake and complete the job. He was really committed to help anyway that he could and really went above and beyond to leave the bathroom clean and to provide guidance on getting a new clean-out installed. I would not hesitate to use them again and fully recommend them.

Our plumbing started backing up/moving slow one night. We assumed our tank was full and needed to be pumped (a first time for us). I got a referral to Roy's and called them first thing in the morning. After describing what happened the person on the phone agreed that was probably the case and would send their pump truck out. 2 men showed up in under an hour (I apologize but their names slipped my mind). They introduced themselves, exchanged a few words and started in checking the tank. They were kind, courteous, personable, and put us at ease pretty quickly. I had to leave to work but they went over everything with my wife and even helped her to take a look inside the tank to understand what they were saying. Fast and courteous, highly recommend

One of their drivers isn’t very courteous. He sped up to now allow me to merge, tailgating the car in front of him for whatever reason on 101 in Petaluma and of course I ended up right behind him in Cotati and he was on his phone.
