Ray is awesome. My kitchen sink was clogged and immediately he knew exactly what to do. In 15 minutes , my sink was perfect. I highly recommend him. He fixed it same day I called him. Did not have to wait 2, 3, or next week for repair.

Fast response time, honest rates, and a reasonably pleasant demeanor. This last service was not our first time using them. Acme Drain & Rooter came by recommendation and in good turn I recommend them to you, the person taking time to research the right fix for your wet disposables issue.

I called them to fix a leak in the pipes underneath my kitchen sink, but my garbage disposal was replaced instead. Guess what, the pipes are still leaking so what was fixed? I don’t know and what was the $125 charge for then if the main thing was to fix the pipes from leaking? This morning I found water all over the floor again underneath the sink and I don’t know where it’s coming from except that supposedly the leak was fixed? I told Rodney that I didn’t like patch jobs and that the whole thing probably needed to be replaced but he made it seem like it was a simple fix? Well he was wrong and I was right again. I also mentioned that the restroom faucet was hard to open sometimes and to check what can be done. I told him that it probably had something to do with what was going on underneath the sink and he also said it had nothing to do with it, which it did and does! I tightened it from underneath and that only made the faucet hard to turn, I loosened it and it leaked from underneath and on top it wouldn’t open the water just turn the faucet this way and that. He said he would check for faucets for me and send me pictures to choose from, that never happened. I feel stiffed and I’m tired of company’s like this ripping me off because I’m a woman. I was honest, I paid cash up front, I received a receipt but the receipt didn’t even say that the leak was fixed, only that he had replaced the garbage disposal and that wasn’t even my complaint! $125 lost and he was never heard of again, gee I wonder why, because he knew he had ripped me off.
