Placed order for a toilet flush valve specific to my toilet design. The ordered unique product was replaced by a generic product that was not even the same size or dimensions. I was not contacted about product replacement. The replacement did not even come with all the parts. There was no way to fasten the flush valve to the toilet tank. So, the business plan is to send You. what they have and hope You won’t spend the excessive amount of time to argue with them about it. I wish I could rate lower than a 1. Not a customer oriented business at all. Stay away from this company.

I only provide feedback when it's 5 stars or horrible service. The folks over at PS are total rock stars! Seriously. Our house was built in the early 70's, so you can imagine the hope that I would be able to find those parts. Well, PS had the entire kit to completely rebuild my 3 handle set up. Down to the inner spacers. Superb communication and quick shipping after needing to wait just a few days for a backorder. Could not be any happier with PS.

We have a 30 year old toilet that is no longer manufactured and, in addition OEM replacement parts are not available. Laurel was tremendously helpful by providing after an market part list that worked perfectly. Absolutely outstanding service - responsive and competent!
