Our 50s house in the avenues had galvanized pipes under the house. The drainage from the kitchen and laundry areas had been clogged up solidly for years. We made do with pouring dish water outside and hooking up a pipe from the laundry clean out to a tub and transporting gray water to the bushes. Finally looked for a company with high rated reviews. Called Atlas Plumbing. From the initial call to having the problem solved, we have only good things to say about Atlas: Courteous, on time, professional unioned journeyman who used an electric snake to open the stubborn clog, then a powerful jetter to blast clean the old pipes, first from one end of the house then the opposite end until water came out clear. To make sure the operation didn't create problem under the house, Brian crawled through the crawl space to inspect the whole length of the pipe. All the while he was upbeat and found ways to unclog our old pipes, saving us a lot of money not needing to replace the plumbing. Brian also assured us that Atlas stands by their work and will take care of any problem from their work. What impressed us the most was how he spoke highly and respectfully of his boss who treated all his journeymen well, he kept his vehicles and equipment in good conditions, and worked right along with his guys. Would we recommend Atlas? In a heartbeat, YES!

So happy to have found Atlas, after our previous guy retired. Brian and Garrett came out to inspect our gas hot water heater. All went very smoothly, from free inspection, bid, to install. Joe was also very informative on the initial phone call. We will use them again.
