Two Thumbs Up! I had an outstanding experience with Accurate Plumbing. From start to finish, their service was top-notch. The team was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and got the job done efficiently without cutting corners. What really stood out was their attention to detail and genuine care for customer satisfaction. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, honesty, and excellent communication so well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing reliable plumbing services!

Our water heater went out the day after Christmas and they got me on the schedule the next day. I ran to grab a water heater and the technician Omar informed me that our system is a direct vent unit and not atmospheric. So return a water heater and try to get a direct vent. Accurate could order it but it would have to be shipped and then install Friday. Luckily my wife was taking our daughter to Sac on Monday to fly back to college and was able to grab it directly from Pace(also outstanding). Back on the schedule for Tuesday. Omar got here first thing this morning and worked pretty much all day as the unit is under our house and down a hill to get to it. Long story long, Omar is a fantastic technician. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I can’t speak more highly of him or Accurate Plumbing.

While traveling, our house sitter came home to water coming out of our pump house due to a broken union fitting on the line from the well to the pressure tank. We called at about 8 p.m. and an about an hour later Dennis was at our place to fix things up. He had water back on and was all finished in short order. They were very professional on the phone and Dennis was great at our house in the job. Thank you so much!
