I’m extremely disappointed with this business. My experience with them has been absolutely horrible. The technician showed up without any previous coordination with anyone in my house in the morning when I was in a hurry to drive to work. I’m not sure. But, he may purposefully came without coordination on that time so that while in hurry I won’t have enough time to think about their service. Then, I feel like he used his pressure sales tactics on me to make me sign a paper and start their service. He didn’t tell me anything about any limitations for not continuing their service. He also told me that their poison is safe for my dogs, which I searched and found that isn’t safe. When I called their company and asked them to discontinue their service, the lady who talked to me said ok that is fine. After a while, another person from their company contacted me saying that I either have to continue having their service for one year or pay $250. All they had in my house is two mouse traps that they could come and take them. From my own experience, I absolutely don’t recommend being their customers. My experience has been devastating to me.

On time. Thorough job. Pricey but didn't shop around.
