A gentleman came out today. He assessed my mite situation.And he gave recommendations. I'm so grateful for his insight and help. Because they don't do mite services.He was unable to help me.But the support really meant the world to me. I will definitely use them in the future.

Mixed review. So the actual service it self was good, Staff was professional, Tenting the house and generally did a good job with 95% of it all. Had a slight issue with the garage and it's taken well over a month to get this fixed (Still not) which is replacing the fabric to fully close the holes. 1st time they did it they disconnected the wires, 2nd time they laid the strips down incorrectly and covered the bottom with Black Glue, 3rd time they tried to fix it they haven't gotten the "Rubber Closer" and I keep having the message them rather than them putting us on the schedule to complete the damned job. If it weren't for this one part I would give them 5 stars, but this competition of the project is really not professional or acceptable.

Ratu represents your company well. He is confident of the service he performs and is informative and efficient. I really appreciate the way he responds to questions and the courtesy calls he provides before and after his visit. I even texted him from the plane as I was returning from vacation. Yahoo!
