Genuinely impressed with Aptive from start to finish. Jessica came out for the initial consultation and was fantastic personable, knowledgeable, and made my daughter and me feel comfortable immediately. She wasn't pushy, just genuinely great to talk to, and she took the time to actually connect with us rather than just running through a sales pitch. Today, the technician texted 30 minutes ahead to give me a heads up before arriving, which I really appreciated. He treated the entire outside of the house, including the eaves, was thorough, and left me a detailed report with photos of everything he did.. As a single dad, I don't take it lightly when someone makes both me and my daughter feel at ease. Between Jessica's approach and the technician's thoroughness today, I'm confident in this company and looking forward to continued service. Highly recommend.

We recently had a pest control company come out to spray our home and specifically asked them not to spray our grapevine. Unfortunately, they sprayed it anyway. They also sent us photos claiming they removed all the webs around the house, but there are still cobwebs everywhere along with multiple dead black widows left behind. Overall, the service felt rushed and careless, especially after we clearly communicated our concerns beforehand. Very disappointed with the attention to detail and follow-through

The service was good. I have to wait to ensure that the service works and that the flying insects at my front door and back patio door are gone. The service guy was extremely nice and helpful.
