Terminix

This was a warranty issue that prior Terminix managers were not able to perform good customer service. I had to write the pest board to get service. Fortunately, Terminix had a new manager. His name was John Thai and was very professional. Very thorough. Took the proper steps to do everything right. It’s because of him that I would recommend Terminix to my friends.

Service is great and thorough. We've had Terminex service for many years. Very happy with them and would recommend to anyone. Recently, Ted Fitzpatrick went above and beyond my expectations installing rodent exclusion items. Also, Breyen Newman (inspector) provides great customer service.

My tech Richard Marquez went above and beyond for me ….the appointment was a mix up at first so I was given another later appointment date and Richard called back and said he would see what he could do about coming out that day and he did just that. He was out to me within hour . He listens to my concerns and makes sure I am fully satisfied before closing out the appointment. Highly recommended
