We’ve been using Western Way for a couple of years now, and I’ve been really impressed with their service. Recently, we started having an ant problem, and I reached out to them for help. The technician Brandon who came out was incredibly knowledgeable. He was able to identify the issue right away and knew exactly what needed to be done. They set everything up quickly, and within 48 hours, we were completely ant-free! I love that they always seem to know what they’re doing and take care of things efficiently. Highly recommend!

My wife and I recently bought a home in Gilroy, CA and it needed some attention before closing. Got in contact with Chris from Western Way and we got the corporate experience. We are really glad we called him. From reception Marisol, to the sales rep Chris, to the technician Ismael, we received an excellent level of service and attitude. We have had minor dry wood & subterranean termite work done and every time Chris and his team came to the house, I feel like they are actually performing the work we are paying for. The technician Ismael was very courteous and willing to work around our schedule. Chris has a great business model and it shows through all levels of their employees.

Western Way came out today to treat for subterranean termites. Jonathan was professional thorough, and I felt that he was experienced and knew exactly what to do. They will be coming out in the future to do the tenting on our house. I am so glad we found this company. They are amazing from start to finish.
