Hollister Pest Aid

We have bi-monthly service and have always had great service from Hollister Pest Aid. Today we had a gentleman filling in for our regular serviceman. He was very personable and extremely thorough. He found that we had a wasp nest on the side of our garden shed where it was difficult to see. He sprayed the nest and warned us to be careful when going in the shed. We totally appreciated his thoroughness. I emailed Jasmine, admin, who is always quick to respond and resolve any issues. She replied that the gentleman that came out was her husband Juan, owner of the company. Definitely a great role model for your employees. Thank you both for providing a great service, in all aspects.

The company has been awesome. It took a bit to get my first appointment and consult (they are busy), but they put me on a list if anything opened up sooner. When they arrived, they were quick to identify what our issue was and recommended a plan of action that was safe for our pets and would be minimally intrusive. As scheduled they came back to do the service. They were friendly, and worked quickly. They provided instructions that were clear what we needed to do post visit (we needed to water the lawn) and told us what to do if any of the traps placed showed signs of being triggered. The office kept us informed of upcoming appointments, they worked with me multiple times when I needed to reschedule and have been very accommodating. I love the professionalism of both the office staff and the field technicians.

I couldn't be happier with the service we received from Hollister Pest Aid. Morelia and Juan were exceptionally polite and took the time to answer all my questions. They are reliable, thorough, and clearly know their subject inside and out. It’s been a pleasure working with the team.
