Varsity Painting has been great to work with. They performed painting for a 160-unit condo community over the course of four months, so I’ve had plenty of interaction with them. They provide regular notices for each home, notifying homeowners of the scheduled power washing and painting days. In addition, they include contact information in case homeowners have any questions or follow-up issues. They also work with each resident individually to schedule door painting—ideally done with the door open—and reach out at the end of the project to identify any areas that may have been missed. The crews are human, but management/ownership understands they are not infallible and takes reported concerns seriously. This includes proactively reporting accidental damage to gutters and addressing issues like cleaning screens affected by overspray. Ultimately, their accountability combined with high-level communication means I’ll always include them when seeking bids.
