Payless Painting

Project: Two story, 2 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse with 20+ ft. cathedral ceilings Duration: 6 days We had a wonderful experience with Payless Painting for our interior project. Mathew managed everything professionally, with on-site check-ins and nightly emails outlining progress and next steps. His communication and organization made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The crew was talented, hardworking, and detail-oriented. They handled extensive prep work, including fixing baseboard spacing issues, patching large chipped areas, and removing wall items we couldn't take down ourselves. They arrived on time every morning and cleaned thoroughly each day. The guys were a pleasure to have in our home and I enjoyed the friendly banter between them. Since I work from home, I especially appreciated how thoughtfully Mathew planned the project to ensure I always had a closed-off workspace and functional bathroom. The final results exceeded our expectations. It's clear they're skilled painters, but the personal touches--like condensing leftover paint for storage and sending someone back to help with a vent--truly set them apart. Highly recommend!

I have remodeled many houses, and in my experience it's unusual to be this happy with a painting sub here in Orinda. Mathew and his experienced crew did a wonderful job. Quality Painting is a real breath of fresh air. Every member of the crew treated the house with care and consideration. This is an unusual outfit! I warned Mathew that I am a stickler for proper prep, and he completely satisfied my expectations. He is easy to work with and each time when I showed him what I wanted, he made it happen. It's a pleasure to recommend such a deserving businessman.

WOW! What a terrific experience with Payless Painting. From the opening discussion until the final tool was packed away, these folks were terrific. The quote came fast and was very competitive. We had such a good feel from the owner that we knew his crew would be equally top-notch. They came in and were practically family! So polite and efficient and friendly. It was a pleasure having someone like these guys in your home, which you cannot always say about service groups. The painting was exquisite and so neat, there wasn't a stray drop anywhere. Could not recommend these folks higher!!!
