Pier & Son Painting

I was initially pleased with the work Perry's crew did, with the exception of having to clean up after them everyday. I even so much as referred him to my neighbor who had him paint her interior, although I did warn her about the garbage they left sitting around each day. After several months, I noticed the tongue and groove on my eaves were not completely covered. I understand expansion and contraction. When I contacted Perry about the issue he seemed very willing to come back out to take care of it. I reached out to him after each time he ghosted me. I wanted to give him a favorable review, but I can't in good conscience. Very poor customer service, horrible follow up, and not recommended.

Pier and Son Painting did an AMAZING job with my 100 year old Victorian! Perry was easy to contact, showed up on time for our initial bid appointment and did a thorough inspection of my home before providing his bid. The pricing was realistic, but fair. I’m so glad I chose Pier and Son for the job! The crew showed up as scheduled and on time. Every. Single. Day. They were courteous, knowledgeable and experienced. I can’t say enough about these guys! Since my house is a Victorian, there’s a TON of detail work. They worked hard and did a fantastic job. I got to know the crew while they were here and feel like I made a few new friends to boot! Hoss, my dinner invitation is sincere - get my number from Perry - Next time you and your wife are free, let me know. I’d love to have guys over for dinner.

Perry and his crew were beyond belief! They were on time, neat, clean, efficient, personable and besides that they did an EXCELLENT job painting my house. Perry came out to the house prior to the work being done and went through all the things they would do. We felt at ease after talking with Perry. They started the day before painting by pressure washing the entire house! They also repaired the siding gaps and even repainted our shed which wasn't included in the bid. They were also the most economical bid and used Kelly Moore paint.... which is (I think) the highest quality paint. At first I had a little doubt about being so much cheaper than the other bid we got but my doubts disappeared as soon as I saw how competent the team was. Drop clothes were everywhere, taping where it was needed.... they didn't skip anything! After they finished we did a 'walk around' to make sure everything was done correctly. 5 stars for Perry & Son Painting!
