I have used Sacramento Painting & Carpentry for several home improvement projects over the last couple years. Interior and exterior painting, gutter installation and most recently a full bathroom remodel. When each project was completed - I could not have been more pleased. In addition, Gagik and his team are professional, prompt, courteous and completed all projects within the expected timelines! You can feel confident-whatever the project, it will be done correctly and at a competitive price. I will definitely use this company on future projects.

We have a small 1950’s home that needed the following: —Paint kitchen cabinets and attached bookcase, install new handles —Paint kitchen & dining room walls, doors, and trims —Repair malfunctioning pocket (sliding) door —Apply five different paint colors as indicated by homeowner This project is part of a larger renovation plan, so we really appreciate that Gagik (SP&C owner) was able to schedule us within the sequence of other work being done at our home. In spite of the many details to track and a few challenges (ie wallpaper), all the painting (and the repair) turned out beautifully. And the whole job was completed within the timeframe promised. Highlight: the cabinetry came out looking and feeling better than when they were new. Everything removable was cleaned, well-sanded, and expertly painted and reinstalled. Same was done to remaining fixed cabinetwork and bookcase. We are very happy with the work completed by Sacramento Painting & Carpentry!

The scope of work was to fix some dry rot around the house before painting the exterior of the house and shed. Also the patio slider and the entry door into the garage were replaced. The south side of the house was handled with special care since it was in the worst condition. It was primed, sprayed, and rolled to make sure it was covered well. This is one of the procedures that was mentioned when we were getting the estimate. Also the crew did a wonderful job covering and protecting the windows, fixtures, pavement and plants before the paint was applied. This crew was courteous and safety conscious, daily cleanup was admirable and appreciated. The whole job took about 8 days. Their price was fair. I’m planning to hire them again for a future project.
