Rafael, Alfredo and the rest of the team surpassed my expectations and I am beyond satisfied with how professional, knowledgeable and efficient they were. Rafael came to do the estimate. He was flexible with appointment days and times and he was punctual. Rafael was easy to talk to, communicated well and gave the uttermost customer service. Right away I could tell he had experience. He was able to not only provide the estimate in a professional and timely manner, Rafael also helped me select the paint colors for our interior. I gave him an idea of what I wanted, he listened attentively and immediately he suggested specific colors for the walls and even for the baseboards. He showed me pictures and he was spot on with what I had in mind. I’m telling you, HE KNEW HIS STUFF! This took a huge load off with having to go to the paint store myself and shop for swatches and colors. It was peace of mind knowing I would get the look I wanted and we both were on the same page. Upon request, Rafael even came to our house a few days before to apply paint swatches on my walls so I could get a visual. He also in the end, provided all the paint, materials and supplies needed for the job. Rafael gave me an approximate time line when the job would be finished. He was very flexible with the days and also knew I preferred to have it done quickly. He and his team surprised us by finished the job A DAY EARLIER! I was impressed! During the job, they moved the heavy furniture for us with care, they secured the surroundings with plastic tarp to protect our furniture and belongings, as well as carefully cover our brand new flooring. Each day they came, they were prompt, they were efficient, and they cleaned up every time at the end of the day. Alfredo especially made sure of the thorough clean up when the job was complete by wiping down counters and cleaning up any debris left on the floors. I am very impressed and told Rafael I would refer them to friends and family in a heartbeat. I was the one that even offered to write a review online within minutes after they were finishing up. It is very hard to find someone you can trust, understands your vision, stays within budget and is professional. Rafael provided all of that! I definitely look forward to using them again for future projects.

A few months ago, I had extensive plumbing problems under my kitchen sink behind the drywall. There was water visible in the stucco. This had been occurring for several weeks with sludge backing up and critters coming out at night. I needed to know: Who do you call for a mess like this? ARC Water Damage was highly recommended to me. I made a call and they came the same day, assessing what needed to be done. They scheduled an appointment the next morning and thoroughly checked to make sure that there was no mold in that area beneath my house. The next morning a generator was brought in and placed in the dishwater in and placed in the dishwasher space for the next 48 hours to dry the area where the drywall was removed.
