I had modern painting paint 4 properties for me already and they are a pleasure to work with. Pricing is very competitive compared to industry standard and Pavel does excellent quality control to the point where I don’t need to inspect the work and blue tape for touchups. For me, this really stood out because most painters that I’ve worked with I’ve had to have them come back 2 to 3 times to do touchups and spend a bunch of time blue taping, and inspecting those touchups. When I walk a job after Pavel is completed, there isn’t really anything to Touchup. I’ve worked with about 10 different painting companies over the years and have had the best experience working with modern painting by far.
