Golden gate painting

I found GG Painting on Yelp and after reading reviews I did not waste time. I was able to meet with Ricardo within a day or two of contacting the company. He came prepared, very professional. My house is a 3-story, vintage home and sometimes can complicate things. Ricardo seemed very comfortable as we walked all around the house and the detached carriage house. He was taking notes as we were discussing different aspects. Our first meeting was January 21st. I received the detailed quote that evening and gave Ricardo the okay. There was some paint consultation, me doing my homework, Ricardo painting out squares to represent the color schemes I was deciding upon, and then the final decision. I went with Kelly Moore and 5 different colors: • House body, carriage house, and driveway gate • Architectural trim, columns, gutters, and fascia • Window frames • Front porch ceiling • Front porch floor, front stairs, and gates Crew arrived on at about 8 am on February 9th to move some things for me and then power wash. Prep work started on the 10th and continued Friday and Saturday. Monday, they picked things back up and the house was complete on the 17th. Total of 8 days. Two of the crew came by on the 18th to help move some things back on to my front and back porches. Daily schedule usually was 8 am to 4 or 4:30 pm. The crew worked efficiently and quietly. At the end of the day, job site completely cleaned up and supplies nicely organized. Things I liked about this company: • Clear communication • Fully licensed and insured • Comprehensive quote, competitively priced • Stuck to routine schedule • Attention to detail • Pleasant interaction when I came out with the dog and getting daily photos • Always happy to answer general questions • Final product exactly what I expected. I will be hiring them for interior painting later this year

This is the second time we have used this company for outdoor house painting. The price was reasonable and the work done was excellent. Ricardo's people showed up on time and left the site very clean. Highly recommended!
