Surfaces Painting & Decorating

This post is on behalf of my parents who were so impressed with Sam’s employees and the finished project. The attention to detail was impeccable down to replacing a broken threshold on a door as well as attic vent covers. The prep work was above and beyond industry standards. They kept us informed about arrival times and worked carefully around the rains. The end result was beautiful! We can’t recommend them highly enough. 5 stars for Communication, prep work, promptness, attention to detail, exceeded expectations!

They were great. Best. Professional. Craftsmen. The detailing from prep to finish was outstanding. Without hesitation we would use them again. We saw their work on a home in the neighborhood (July 2025) and asked if they would swing by to look at small stucco repair, touch-up work. They were quick to respond and started the work soon after. What started as a small job became an entire exterior paint job - detailed prep, stucco, trim, caulking, repairs - all of it. They handled all of it skillfully. Excellent crew.

I spoke with Jim on the phone about a touch-up paint job that I was tentatively going to need his help with. Even though I didn’t end up needing help with it after all, he was extremely generous and informative during our call, and I would highly recommend working with him purely based on the knowledge and professionalism he demonstrated during our talk. I’ll certainly be keeping Surfaces in mind for future paint jobs.
