Had Dean the owner come out and give us an estimate to paint our business . Specifically told him to use only the best paint/ finish to paint our building . Paid 14k dollars. Got job done , had to have him come back a couple times a couple months later to fix some areas that were not done correctly- he came and patched . Now 2 years after a 14k complete paint job the paint is fading , cracking a peeling thorough out. Ok- I call him to come look at it and he see’s all the issues and makes a bunch of bogus claims about the weight of the building cracking the paint and some other BS stuff . I told him are your paint jobs only good for 2 years ? He said it’s not his problem that paint is fading and cracking throughout entire business . This is not just one area —this is the entire business he painted - so chemicals, sun , weight , what ever comes to his mind to deflect responsibility he tried. The owner won’t stand behind his work or workmanship , very un- professional and my next step is reporting him to Better Business Bureau. Do not recommend - hire somebody who stands behind his work and does a professional job .
