They painted our Alameda church, a large one-hundred-year-old concrete structure with many architectural features. They used quality products and matched product features to our needs. They found and corrected several unexpected problems and still kept to their original contract price. They kept saying, “We want to fix this, so you won’t have to call us back.” In some cases, their first pass at repairs stood out from the surrounding surfaces. But they kept working until the repairs blended in properly. They kept the worksite neat, were careful when masking off protected surfaces, and were diligent in protecting surroundings from overspray. They even covered cars parked on the street in front of the church. It was an excellent experience, and we are very glad we hired EAG!

We hired EAG Painting and Decoration company to repaint the exterior of our house that had been due for repainting for quite some time. We’d had EAG paint some interior spaces previously, so we knew going in that EAG would do an excellent job for our home’s exterior as well. We were NOT disappointed. The company owner, Elder, showed up on the first day with his crew (Jorge and Brian) to wash down the house and to prepare it for painting. A couple of days later, Eddy introduced their foreman, Marvin…along with his crew Jorge and Tony. Throughout the job, Marvin and his crew were punctual and diligent. They were respectful of our property and mindful of keeping the job site tidy. They concluded each day by leaving the job site organized and neat. Marvin always communicated any out-of-scope work that they encountered along the way. Things like dry rot, broken windows, and anything that wasn’t quoted were always discussed and agreed upon prior to any work being done. Jorge was also instrumental in explaining any of the work we had questions about. He’s young, but he knows his stuff. Throughout the job, neighbors commented on how great they thought the job was coming along. When the painting was completed, Marvin and Jorge made certain that our house was returned to us better than when they first started work on it.

Elder and his team did beautiful work, we had a hard time deciding on interior colors and they were so flexible with our timeline and gave great recommendations on what sheen and paint type would get us the results we desired. We are so happy, they made our house feel brand new. The team was on time, clean, and efficient. They did a great job tapping everything and returning heavy furniture to its place. The project was done even earlier than we expected and with better results than we had hoped for. Highly recommend!
