Last month, McDermaid Painting painted the exterior of our two-story house, installed gutter guards, and repaired/painted kitchen interior ceiling from a water leak. Gus quickly provided an extensive estimate of the needed work and schedule. Their crew promptly arrived each day of the 2-week schedule and completed all work on schedule. Their work...surfaces preparation (including exterior/interior surface repair), painting, and daily end-of-day work area clean-up was SUPERB! As their work progressed, they added nice finishing touches (side iron entry gate/fencing, roof vents, AND stand-alone mailbox) at no added cost! We have used McDermaid for three painting projects over the past five years: one the house exterior and two interior projects. They are great to work with, often coming up with ideas that make the work go more smoothly. They are careful to protect items near the painting, and do a good job of cleaning up every afternoon. The quality of the painting is great. As a bonus, they have fixed several items unrelated to painting such as fixing a toilet leak that had baffled professional plumbers and putting us in contact with a reliable locksmith.
