40 Grit Painting

Chris came to give me an estimate on painting the entire inside of my newly purchased house in the Point Richmond are (late 2017). I had 3 other quotes and his was second to lowest. But the main reason that I choose him and his crew was that he was on time for the appointment and had some good suggestions for color. He and the crew took about 4 days to paint the inside (@ 2200 sq ft). This included only one ceiling but it was approximately 18 ft high! I would recommend 40 Grit Painting.

Chris and his crew have painted three houses for me over the years and they all turned out very well. His prices are reasonable and the quality of his work is very good. I would say I'm pretty frugal so cost is important to me but I believe he lowest bid is not necessarily the best value. I am also a perfectionist and quality of work is important to me. The bottom line is I recommend 40 Grit Painting.

Chris worked with us with regards to our budget. He was friendly and professional. His workers showed up on time. They did an excellent job, except there was some damage to four of our tiles. Chris had one of the workers return a few days later and caulk, paint the tiles. All is good now. It looks great!
