I highly recommend Alex. He has helped me with four projects on my rental property in Sacramento over the past two years, and every time he has done excellent work. He repainted the entire upstairs of my home, rehabbed the front stairs by securing the bottom steps, installing new siding, and priming and painting them. He also repaired and reinforced my back porch, replacing a lot of dry rot and then priming and painting the porch. Alex is honest, dependable, and very easy to work with. His pricing has always been very competitive, and he communicates right away if any issues come up. I really appreciate that he is upfront, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in doing the job right. Good contractors are hard to find, and Alex is one of the good ones. I would absolutely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.
