Chris Floren Painting

Chris Floren and his crew are courteous, prompt, and reliable. I have had Chris and his painting crew paint the exterior of my house three times now in the past 23 years. My house is wood all around and faces west. It takes a beating in the summer Chico sun. Chris and his crew do thorough preparation for painting, including power washing, patching and sanding, and taping off areas. Chris makes notes on what is to be done at the initial meeting with the client and then on the day the painting is to begin he walks through his notes with his crew. Upon completion, he returns to check that everything was done properly. The crew members are focused and each has specific tasks as they work as a team to get the painting completed. They clean up after themselves. I know from experience that you get quality service from Chris Floren Painting.

Chris and his crew were the most professional company I have seen in years. Although I was a little out of his area he was prompt to give me the bids I needed. He answered all the questions I had and my estimate by the next day. After approving his estimate the " A Team" arrived. His crew was curtious and had a work ethic you don't see anymore. They gave my house a awesome paint job and left my property cleaner then when they started. You will be happy if you choose this company to do any work on your house!

This is the third house I have had a contractor paint for me. Chris was more knowledgeable than other painting contractors I have used in the past. He immediately recommended elastomeric paint for my wood siding. I had experience with this product in a previous house with a second story waterproof deck, & had excellent results. I had other bids on the house he painted, & no one else recommended or had experience with elastomeric paint. The other bid I got stated one coat of paint in the contract, Chris did two with better quality paint. My previous experiences with painting contractors were always a two man crew, tape & spray, & they did the job pretty quickly. He sent a 4 man crew for a single story house. Each person had an expertise, they worked efficiently & knew what each other was doing. Instead of just rolling on the trim, they wrapped around to the sides, haven’t seen that before in a contractor. All around the most professional, efficient, & knowledgeable painters I have worked with. They still took about as long as a two man crew that blows out a quick paint job, but you get a much more professional two coat job with each person paying attention to their task with expertise, not just taping & spraying. I highly recommend them for a longer lasting exterior paint job.
