I recently hired Western Painting to transform my 20-year-old large custom house, and I cannot express enough how thrilled I am with the results. From start to finish, their team of 7-8 members demonstrated exceptional professionalism, hard work, and attention to detail. They arrived relentlessly at 7:30 AM every day and worked tirelessly until close to 6 PM, ensuring the job was done right. Their pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the quality of work and the extra effort they put in. As a perfectionist, I have high standards, and they went above and beyond to meet and exceed my expectations. They not only painted the exterior of my house but also cleaned the gutters, painted the front door, refreshed the fences and more. Astacio and his crew are excellent and great to work with. I would give them 10 stars if possible and would recommend them for painting and home improvements. I definitely will call them again for future work. Astacio is a great contractor, really knows his stuff, easy to work with, patient, makes no pressure recommendations, trustworthy, and provides high quality work. We hired Western Painting for repairing major exterior dry rot, painting, building a new deck and balcony. They were every efficient, neat, excellent carpentry and painting. Most of the house was repaired do due dry rot and not painting in a long time. We basically have a new house from the outside perspective. We also replaced our redwood deck and arbor; the quality is so much better than the original. They did an amazing job and we are so happy with their work!

I am so glad I went with Western Painting for repairs and painting of my house in Alameda. I had extensive dry rot of eaves and trim, siding rot, old wood gates and fences, and a rotting arbor. Astacio and his team are highly skilled and hard working, so in a short amount of time they rebuilt and beautifully painted and stained all of it. He knows the houses and neighborhoods in Alameda, including the HOA process some of us need to work through. I really appreciate the professional carpentry and perfectly replaced siding (finally got rid of ancient intercom boxes), which is uncommon to find together with professional painters. Highly recommend Western Painting and Improvements! My house now looks beautiful and gets many compliments.
