Sprinkler repair! Hector came out today to the Home. I am renting. It’s close to 100° heat which means he is in demand and our lawn is at risk! Not only did he make time to come by only one day after we called for his help! He was on time, cheerful, and lovely to work with. He figured out the problem immediately and had a simple cost, saving solution! He made the repair on the spot in minutes with a part he had in his truck. He saved me hundreds of dollars and got everything working. I’ve been a homeowner for many many years and worked with many many repairman. I know, for a fact, he could’ve easily up-charged me, especially under the circumstances. He was honest and did great work. I love working with honest talented hard-working people! he also took a few minutes to give me advice on how to better water my lawn to keep it healthy, he’s very knowledgeable . It was great working with Hector. His communication was strong and he followed up on all commitments. He quickly responded to all calls and texts. The crew worked very hard and they were very respectful. The work started with removal of an old stone patio, walkway and cracked concrete sidewalk. A new concrete patio was then installed along with a new concrete pad walkway. Stone was then added to fill around the concrete. We’re very happy with the results.
