Had them come out just over a year ago at the recommendation of my gardener because he used to work for them and said they were really with sprinkler systems. They seemed to do a really good job that time, fixing a leak, capping a line, replacing a solenoid, and then adding an entire new station/valve in my backyard. So when my gardener and I had diagnosed a problem, after troubleshooting we realized it was a bad valve. My gardener didn’t have time to dig that out to replace it. So I called these guys back again to specifically replace this one old, bad valve, I was very clear with them that we had already figured the issue and I told him what valve it was. They charged me $250 to replace this bad valve, or so I thought. Turns out, they came out two days in a row, and all they did was put a little piece of riser on the lowest sprinkler head on that valve/station to get it to stop leaking, which is now a different issue because it now sticks up above the ground and you have to be careful to not run it over on the riding lawn mower! A different sprinkler head is now leaking on that valve, because it is now the lowest point on the valve instead, since he raised up the other one that had been leaking. Do not trust that they will do as you ask them to do. He wouldn’t give me a straight answer when I asked him multiple times if he actually replaced the bad valve! He first just said “you shouldn’t have anymore problems,” second time I confronted him via text he just gave me a thumbs up emoji. He would not actually say that he did or didn’t replace it, but upon looking and digging it up, it’s the same old valve that’s been there for 32 years! So this guy definitely tries to do minimal work and charges sky high prices, and says he fixes the problem but doesn’t, is dishonest about it, and actually makes issues worse! Now I have to undo what he did to that one sprinkler head and find someone else to replace the bad valve that I paid this guy to do! Stay away, not honest and will rip you off!
