I have had this service for a few years. Some crews were good, some not so much. My days and times were switched several times, without notice in advance. A few months back , one of the crew asked it he could pick a few lemons off of my lemon tree and I said yes. Last week one of the crew picked all the lemons off of my tree, except those that you need a ladder to reach. ALL OF THEM! Did not ask me, just took all of them. I reached out to management, said I wanted a different crew and explained how unacceptable it is to have someone take all the fruit off the tree, without asking, several dozen. Was told they could not switch crews, so I have parted ways with them.

If we could we would give Coastal Evergreen 6/5 star. We just loved working with the Coastal Evergreen team. This is the best landscaping company in Santa Cruz county which is committed to doing top notch work for reasonable price. Zach, Jorge and the entire team are just great. Zach quoted the project very quickly, providing much details, and followed us through the entire process. Jorge lead the onsite team and he and his team are true professionals. It was a big project, and everything they did was top quality: prepping the yard, installing a drainage system, creating beautiful paver paths, installing porcelain tiles path to our front door, creating a concrete pad for our hot rub, creating a beautiful fire pit area, new outdoor lighting system, new irrigation system and planting the entire front and back yards including 5 trees. If you are looking for an excellent landscaping company who will create for you beautiful outdoors, look no further than Coastal Evergreen.

We have them for our HOA and the crew for doing the landscape need to be little more proactive. They refuse to clean piles of leaves. I know the owner Thomas and have to reach out to him for unfinished work and then the work is done. Thomas is very helpful and I highly recommend his services.
