We recently hired Black Diamond to completely transform our front yard. They designed and built a beautiful new patio space, retaining wall, steps, and entryway. The project also included landscaping, grading, new hardscape, and electrical wiring. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. The work was completed on time, the team stayed highly communicative, and the job site was kept clean every single day. Our project design specialist, Vanessa Grimaldo, was exceptional—she was on top of every detail and guided us smoothly through the whole process. We worked on a big (in my mind at least) backyard project with Black Diamond - Tim Bank was our project mgr who walked us through the whole design and build and we love the finished project! We had a general idea about what we wanted but he walked us through all the details and was able to answer questions and help us realize what was even possible and be able to keep it within our budget. The design was really important - and being able to visualize made it a huge help on the decisions. The crew they came in with was very professional and worked crazy fastin transforming the yard. Tim addressed our concerns to make sure the drainage was done properly and overall we are super happy with the project. We plan to have them do the front at some point as well.
