Bought 20 yards of topsoil from this company and had it delivered to my property. I had it delivered in 2 loads. First load showed up on time, was dumped just past my property line. I built part of my 40'x12' circular drive with it from scratch, pushing it in wheelbarrows. The price was right and they were on time with the first load so I ordered my second to finish the other half of my driveway. It showed up on time, but, the driver backed down the circular I had just laid and smoothed, dumped the entire load on the pad I was working on. It turned my 12 foot wide circular 13, 14 and 15 feet wide in some places, made it so I had to move 10 yards of dirt, before I could start working on fixing my driveway. Rutted out everything I had built, since it had not been compacted yet and was not fit to drive on. Bear in mind, the company even had a detailed drawing of where the loads were to be dumped. I called the company to figure out a way to rectify it, instead I was hung up on by the boss that I was transferred to. When I called back, he informed me he did not like dealing with unhappy customers. I asked how he planned to fix what his driver had done, he said there was nothing he could do, and MAYBE he would drive by the following day to see what had happened. Price is great, they will deliver when they say they will. BUT, they may mess up your project and most certainly do not believe in rectifying wrongs. Common sense of drivers, who I assume come to many different types of sites is questionable.
