Veronica is an absolute standout, and any property or community would be incredibly fortunate to work with her. Having served alongside her on our landscape committee for the last several years, I had a front-row seat to both the immense challenges she faced and the remarkable grace and expertise she brought to the position every single day. On the technical side, Veronica is exceptionally knowledgeable, practical, and detail-oriented. Our property features a highly complex landscape, but no matter what plant-related issue or sudden concern arose, she always had a clear, realistic solution ready. Working closely with her, I saw firsthand just how deeply she understood our property’s unique challenges inside and out. What truly sets Veronica apart, however, is her remarkable relationship-building skill. She is kind, diplomatic, patient, and wonderful at navigating the often-competing priorities of homeowners, HOA board members, and property management. Juggling all of those distinct voices alongside Allied’s own company policies and procedures is no easy feat, but Veronica handled it seamlessly. She is a natural diplomat with a genuine sense of humor, a warm personality, an even warmer smile, and a sharp wit that makes working with her a true joy. Her profound care for her relationships within our community - and her tendency to go well beyond the requirements of the job, driven by that enthusiasm - was never more evident than when one of our long-time landscape committee members passed away. Veronica stepped in beautifully, helping us coordinate and design a deeply meaningful memorial space on the property. Even when our budget was tight, she never stopped advocating for us. She consistently looked for creative ways to ensure our satisfaction, always striving to forge a true win-win situation for everyone involved. Remarkably, she was often able to negotiate internally to get Allied Landscape on board with those same creative solutions. Veronica is kind, funny, deeply caring, and completely dedicated to her clients. She doesn't just manage accounts; she builds lasting partnerships. I cannot recommend her—and Allied Landscape, who is lucky enough to employ her—highly enough!

Allied Landscaping has been exceptional to work with. Leo Gonzalez our Account Manager is incredibly responsive, highly knowledgeable, and truly committed to serving the needs of the community. What I appreciate most is that Leo goes well beyond the typical vendor relationship. He takes the time to meet not only with management, but also with our Board and Landscape Committee, making sure everyone’s input is heard and the community’s needs are fully understood. His ability to listen, assess the landscape needs of the property, and communicate practical solutions has made a real difference. I love how they blow all the junk in the city gutters. Never having any debris to haul away. See photos of empt trash cans. The old gardener had large bundles he hand carried and hauled away to appropriate areas for pick up. Allied never did their job well. Destroyed our lawns with their large equipment. So glad they stopped coming. Even though our HOA paid them. We were better off with no landscaping service. I think they are scamming them!
