Unbelievably rude and terrible service. Have been using the service for like one year. Services were good initially. Right at the beginning, H&N helped us removed the mess left from the previous gardener and replanted some dead small trees and confirmed the irrigation and everything is good. However, starting from about a month ago, my backyard grass started to turn yellow. It was so obvious that something is not wrong but they didn't tell us anything. Until I found out myself and tell them the issue. They told us to add more water and we updated the irrigation schedule and was not working. Again, they didn't monitor or do anything until the grass looks really bad. Then i needed to proactively asked them to come check. Then they confirmed somehow the controller is not working. They said they didn't touch it and it's not their responsibility. To be fair, it could be power outage or it could be some animal touching the controller maybe might honestly not be their fault. However, I would expect them to take care of the yards including letting us know if something is wrong. They didn't do that. Luckily, after fixing the controller, the grass became ok. However, I found the small trees that they replanted for us initially were dying couple weeks ago. Told them, and they responded "yes". Again, was expecting they will take care of it but then today. I asked them in person and they said the small trees are dead. I asked why they didn't tell us, they just said there is water pressure issue and not their responsibility. I asked them if they are supposed to monitor the plants for us, they said yes. I asked them if other plants are having issue, will they take care of it. They said yes. I asked them if they didn't tell us when there is problem, how do I trust them. They said it's not their problem. Then they just told me to contract other gardeners and walked away.

Anthony and his crew do awesome work. We hired him to do yard landscape clean up at my mom's mobile home. It looks so good. Definitely worth the money. I am so happy he dropped off a flyer and we called him.
