We were very impressed with every aspect of Pacific Outdoor Living's service, from the design phase consultations to the final completion of work. If anything, things went TOO fast and we didn't fully absorb and react to some changes (that we requested. Again, completely on us) before they were implemented. The quality of the work is superb, and we are happy with the results. The crew was responsive, courteous, and completed the work under the amount of time estimated.

Pacific Outdoor Living is a family-owned business which is a pleasure to work with. Their staff is very professional and always easy to work with. We had such a great experience with them that whenever we had a new project for our house, we always came back to them. They built and added pavers to our driveway, front courtyard, rear patio and the four-foot-wide sidewalks that went around the house. The also built for us a Cabana that contained an outdoor kitchen and fireplace, a water feature that included a waterfall, stream and pond. Due to the drought, they installed artificial turf in the rear lawn area and built the shade structure for the rear patio.

Pacific Outdoor Living worked with me to solve a drainage problem that was causing my basement to flood during heavy rainfalls. Not only did they solve the problem, they were able to complete the work on a tight schedule. I really appreciate the professionalism of the team. 2026 Update: After last year's torrential rains, the basement remains dry. I no longer worry about flooding.
