I’m very happy to have contacted Agraz Lawn Care. Abraham and his crew are very professional. He came to our house to provide some design ideas and recommendations. He answered all of our phone calls when we had questions or follow ups as well. He re-did our whole front yard with a combination of new sod and decorative rock. When the work was completed, he gave us some instruction on after care and seasonal care. They did a great job! It was a pleasure to have met him. I will definitely reach out for future services.

I’m disappointed with the service from this company. My husband and I were just looking for a company that could cut our gras, trim our 11 bushes & we didn’t care about the price. We just didn’t want to do it ourselves anymore. Abraham came out and gave us a price quote and we immediately agreed on services at first. The deal was for him to come out twice a month. I was a little taken back when Abraham asked me to text Him to remind him the day before, as I just thought that was a bit unprofessional in my opinion, the customer should not have to text the company to remind them. However, I did text him to remind him. We eventually agreed upon weekly service just to make it easier. Abraham was set to come out every Thursday to cut our grass, edge and maintain our bushes. I feel like each time we had service There would be some kind of issue like the backyard not being done, Weeds being left growing Out of the concrete by our front door Or one or two bushes missed while all the others got cut. All we did is mention to him about these things not even in a rude way just asking that they get done the next time. The next thing you know, he no-shows our next appointment And a few days later, I reach out just asking if we can expect to see him again the following Thursday and he reads my message and doesn’t respond. We reached out a few days later, and again the same thing! he reads our message and does not respond. I was never rude to him, never tried to negotiate on pricing And tried to express my concerns in a very polite way. It’s upsetting to be ghosted by a company when you just want communication. Being a no-show and not Responding to your customers is extremely unprofessional.

Abraham and his crew did an excellent job on our lawn! We had him rebuild some broken sprinkler lines and install sod. Abraham was always professional and polite and made sure we were happy with the final result. We highly recommend him and would use his services again!
