I was driving behind one of their trucks and as a freak accident, my windshield broke due to something they were hauling blowing out of the truck. It was a brand new windshield as I had just had an insurance replacement the month prior, so I was pissed to say the least. I called the business and the office staff were extremely polite and helpful. They said they weren’t even sure they had a truck in the area but that they would look into it and get ahold of management for me. They followed through, and management contacted me the following week. My windshield wasn’t a cheap one either- I drive a nicer car with a heads up display. As you can imagine with the way the world is today and the lack of common sense and morals, I didn’t expect a call back let alone an extremely expensive windshield. Within another weeks time I had a check in my mailbox. They could have easily been difficult or ignored me, or tried to pass the blame. Instead what I found was extremely friendly and professional and prompt customer service- to someone who wasn’t even a customer. I am taking the time to write this review because in today’s world, finding quality businessmen, or men of character in general is exceedingly rare. But what I can say is that I absolutely believe these people conduct themselves this way both in and out of business, and I am extremely grateful to them. If you are in need of their services, I highly recommend them at any cost, because I can testify they are the kind of people to do something right just because it’s the right thing to do, and I’m sure that translates into their work.
