They don't have a phone number just a really low quality artificial intelligence assistant. I have an issue but there's no one that can take the call because there's no working phone number

Made an appointment to discuss backyard. Took time off from work. Never showed. Called the office. Was told there was an emergency in Visalia and that they would come tomorrow. Took time off from work the following day. Nobody showed. Called the office. I was told they'd get back to me. Nobody got back to me. Don't really understand why but I guess they like to lose money. To each their own.

Was looking forward for them doing my backyard. Made an appointment and they never showed up to my house. They had confirmed my appointment and said they got all my information called to see what happened and to reschedule and they dont answer. If they cant show up for an appointment, to me it seems like they probably won't do there work right and take longer on the job. Bad business people... frist my appointment was not on Monday it was on Tuesday at 9 am. It prove that you dont even know what days your Scheduling people and I did not get multiple calls I only received one and I did not answer due to the fact that you called me 3 hours later when my appointment was that 9am and I'd was giving you multiple calls which I did not get an answer and your office opens at 9 and I gave you a call at 9:10 9:20 and 9:30 and the only reason why I got a call back was because of my rating not because you missed my appointment And yes your business does deserve a one for lack of communication and and poor customer service due to the fact that your business cant make appointments correctly and due to the fact your lieing with your comment
