Tapia's Gardening

Tapia's takes excellent care of my landscaping. It's been about a year now. They are professionals and also such nice people to work with. They do an excellent job pruning all the perennials and fruit trees, mowing our meadow, fertilizing, weeding, and clearing debris that falls from neighboring trees, plus our patio and walkways are kept clean. Whenever I ask for something to be planted, they make it happen and offer suggestions when a plant needs to be replaced. They take time to answer all my questions. Their pruning skills are top-notch which keeps the garden healthy and blooming. It has never looked better! Thank you Tapia's for all your hard work and kindness.

Terrible customer service! When I called, they did not identify the name of their business, so I had to start by asking if I had called the right place. The person I spoke to was abrupt and unhelpful on the phone. Finally, when I asked if they could do a particular job for me, the person told me to send them a text with my address. I did this, and they replied “okay” and then I never heard from them again, even after I sent a follow-up message. So frustrating.

These people are fabulous. They work very hard to give you the results you want. They will suggest the proper plants and they are reasonable in the cost. Don't bother with anyone else. They are knowledgeable and honest.
