Great customer service

I ordered hybrid Bermuda grass among other stuff from Dublin branch and found placing the order was good experience. I inquired and was recommended the usual and also hybrid bermuda grass as similar or same levels of quality. Unfortunately 2 week later back went to address the dying grass and was not even heard reasonably. I was quite disappointed by low levels of understanding and substandard communication from both of their associates. One was new and was trying his best but other was experienced and did not handle well and was very rude. one star is low but wanted to make point that I had to leave to pickup kids from school. Both associates were arrogant and were repeatedly ignoring. I waited a good 20 mins before asking for general paper brochure which apparently he misunderstood and failed to address. He was new but not busy this whole time.
