Got here checked in at 1 PM very rude and unprofessional staff at the check-in office. It’s been eight hours. I’m here for a Pick Up believe it or not. I got the dock and it’s another hour that I’m at the dock. And I went to the check-in office to talk to somebody and there’s nobody thereThey haven’t even started loading my trailer I know in Trucking business especially reefer trailers. There is some time three hours four hours five hours but almost 9 hours., but in my three year experience, I’ve never seen any facility that has this horrible nine hours. Wait time to load you just because the oranges and lemons are fresh pea. It takes nine hours to cool down. What an excuse?

Perfect example of hope a shipper/ cold storage should be ran! Great staff that actually answer phone calls. Attentive forklift drivers. CLEAN BATHROOMS. Huge parking. Quick loading. What more can you ask for ?!

There absolutely is not a nicer place out there with that "welcome" to truck drivers displayed as this place! Don't follow any GPS directions! Just take the 99 South, take exit 57, turn left on Celia. Drive 4 miles on farm road and simply make a right on Hronis Lane, extremely easy to get there. Gorgeous grounds with a meticulously kept lawn and small picnic area just for drivers. Everything says welcome including no guard shack! Gives you the feeling they know we are actually professional drivers! Park in the huge, very clean overnight lot then go to the shipping office. We received a door immediately (make sure you get a washout & no load locks in trailer). We were loaded literally in 30 minutes. Now drivers PLEASE Be PROFESSIONAL as the customer allows you to secure your own load and scale out on site before getting your paperwork and seal for your trailer. Be SURE to padlock your trailer before leaving it unattended so no tampering occurs. It is important that we drivers stay professional as this is one of the last facilities that treats drivers with the trust they deseve. Please don't get lazy and cause this excellent policy to change. It was the Friday of a holiday weekend so may have something to do with how fast it was but we were impressed. The staff was very professional and friendly. There is an excellent scale on site but is $10.00 cash, NO debit cards. It is calibrated regularly and is maintained perfectly and a ticket is provided. However (sadly) I did have to dock one star because there are literally ten bathrooms available all with separate rooms and only one was available for drivers with no trash can and no mirror for any clean up you may want to do. My husband drives, but I am handicapped and the handicapped accessible toilet was not open, even upon request they still wouldn't open it. This is a huge problem. On a final note, this facility has made the decision to go "politically correct " and made all bathrooms gender neutral which is horrible shame as ladies and men must share which shouldn't be asked of their employees. But that's just my 2 cents to add to the NICEST place to deliver we've seen in 13 years of OTR driving.
