A & A Stepping Stone Manufacturing Inc

Sincerely disappointed at the service I got from two locations today. Initially I had called the Newcastle location. I asked him if they had 12-in round smooth concrete stepping stones to which they replied they had well over a hundred. I said I'm coming from shingle springs. I'll be there in a while she said okay thanks. Come to find out they have multiple locations. I decided to call the other ones as they were significantly closer to me. Rancho Cordova did not have them in stock but actually suggested I check out citrus heights. I called citrus heights I spoke to Jonie. She said they did have them in stock but wasn't sure if it was the aggregate or the smooth. She said she would find out and get back to me shortly. Two hours later and I decided to drive up myself and see what I could find. I figured I may have to drive up to Newcastle from citrus heights likely doubling my travel time but as I wasn't getting a call back I thought I'd go for it. When arriving I met Jonie I told her who I was and didn't get so much as an apology. At the very least if you're going to hire people that don't care have an inventory management system that tells you where all your supplies are at which yards so you don't need to count on your low quality employees following up on what their promises are. I won't be back The only reason I was here in the first place was because nobody else had these in stock. Good luck if you're using these people.

I had a excellent experience with A&A stepping stone, I called on a Thursday to see if they could deliver a load of stone and Mike had said they were booked but maybe Saturday if their truck was running but I would have to call back Friday....I called Friday and they delivered it 4 hrs later the same day....now that is service!!! Much appreciated to the A&A staff. Great company!
