The Bulk Yard

Good product but poor customer service over the phone. Guy seemed inconvenienced and annoyed the moment he answered. I asked for a price on mulch and he responded as if I it was frustrating that I didn’t know they had several colors… then after he provided the price I said “great, thank you so much!” And he just hung up. It was odd. Again, I’ll still go there because I like the bulk products. Hoping this just helps them address an issue that they may not even know exists.

I would NEVER do business with organization again. Terribly customer service experience from the manager. The most unprofessional manager I have ever spoken too. They shorted me on product, when I tried to resolve the issue, the manager thought it would be ok to raise his voice at me and say that everyone else was wrong except him and his company. I was shorted a whole yard of material and it clearly showed when I received the same amount of product from a different company who properly showed how much product we were receiving. I showed clear evidence they shorted me and he had a terrible attitude about it. I have never seen or heard such terrible behavior from a manager. I would recommend to go anywhere than here, they don’t know how to solve problems properly and professionally. Some of their product is not up to par you can get better pricing and quality at Home Depot or anywhere else. Highly recommend to not deal with a business who treats their customers so poorly. Their workers were nice and professional but the manager was absolutely appalling. I was extremely disappointed that a professional man could raise his voice to a woman like that.

The Bulk Yard is awesome! I've been using their blended soil in my garden for 4 years now and every year my garden is popping off with more than I can eat. The service is top notch. Fast and convenient delivery. A great local business to support!
