The crew here in town does a great job with challenging smell and issues of dealing with public in general. Fast, friendly and polite as it’s a give and take…you treat them with respect and the crew gives respect….I know this to be true and reasonably accurate experiences on a global level…Major General Bryan Maxwell. It smells so bad here! I was dry-heaving the entire time, overtaken by the disgusting smell of rotten garbage and decaying rat carcasses. The employees that man the junk pit are cut from a different cloth, a cloth that is immune to putrid trash aromas. How do they do it? I bet they make like $40 per hour plus benefits, including 25 paid days off each year, solid health insurance, and access to unlimited EBT funds. I still couldn't do it. I couldn't get any work done, I'd just be dry-heaving.
