WM - Kern Tehachapi

If I could get a roll-off dumpster ANY PLACE other than Waste Management in Tehachapi I would. We are stuck with WM as this is a small town. You can't talk directly with the local company, only someone someplace else in the world. Takes many tries to get a human person on the phone. When you request a roll-off it says you have to do it online. Online it says that for Tehachapi you have to call. When you tell the idiot-bot that you want a dumpster it asks for you account number. We do not have trash service where we are, so no account number. Then they do not charge your card correctly and call and email, but again you can't get through to a human person to resolve the issue. In the end, they charge you a "convenience" fee for their mess up. Can't wait to finish the project so no more interaction with this company that offers no customer service. The reason for 2 stars is because the dumpster was dropped off/picked up on time, no complaints there.

WM allows us to schedule an available date for pickup and then don’t bother to pick it up and worse yet there’s absolutely no follow up. They were over a month late picking up yard waste which was enough time to completely kill the lawn.

My service is terrible, I haven't had my trash picked up in 3 weeks. Every time its an excuse of missed pickup or bad weather. And theres no way to get into contact with an actual person when you call the number listed you get a automated message that just hangs up on you.
