Two Men and a Junk Truck

On July 6, 2026 Two Men and a Truck Junk Removal service damaged my hard wood floors during the removal of my sofa. Two men arrived, one was dismantling the 10 foot sofa in the living room with my husband looking on, the other guy and I went out to the garage to look at the other item. While in the garage here comes the guy from the living room dragging pieces of the sofa out onto the driveway. Not bothering to wait for help. My husband came out and told me he scratched the floor from the metal hinges that connected the sofa together. The mover denied it, so I called the company to file a claim. The manager said he would investigate and get back to me. I will update this post with the results. Update; The manager Derrick can out on July 9, and repaired our hardwood floor to our satisfaction.
