Pleasanton Garbage Service, Inc.

Went to Pleasanton Garbage Service, Inc. to get rid of a mattress and it was way easier than I expected. I’m a resident so they took it for free, which was honestly a nice surprise. Pulled up, they told me where to go, in and out quick. No hassle, no weird process. They also offer bulky item pickups and drop off options which makes it pretty convenient if you’ve got bigger stuff to deal with Not the kind of place you think about much, but they made it simple. Solid service for something that’s usually annoying to deal with.

The staff were great. They were communicative and answered how it works at this site. They're aware that this site is expensive. If you aren't a resident of the city of Pleasanton, they charge you extra. Kind of a rip.....

Most service companies are miserable to work with, especially local services. Fortunately, I have always had a pleasant experience calling PGS. They are always very friendly, kind, and patient over the phone. Pricing is high, especially for Sunol but it is what it is, there isn't another option so you kind of just have to suck it up.
