Exceptional Customer Service & Community Engagement. Go Pirates! PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Legit impressed. Five years ago it wasn't great. Now they got a better ADAS workflow and I will get to talk to a representative,and that is such a GREAT friendly and excellent conversation. Whomever I talk to (I think it's different personnel) is a pleasure. What I'm saying is it is now a truly exceptional experience with their phone customer service. 5/5. OIL PICKUP. Whoever answers my phone call on the other side is ALWAYS incredibly friendly and efficient. 5/5. OFFICE VISIT. FIRE customer service from whomever is there. Not just to me, but I've noticed that throughout the years that they do this to customers ahead of me. In the Bay Area I feel this is few and far in between... making my visits here a pleasant and satisfying one. 5/5. COMMUNICATIONS. I particularly value their proactive push notifications for service changes via DM, SMS, text. Also calls. Also in the bill mailer. It wasn't like that before but happy it's now par for the course. I'm always aware of any adjustments to my pickup schedule, which is a significant improvement for sure.5/5. COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT. So in Nov 2023, I brought my kiddo to one of their recycling workshops, and it was an incredibly positive and educational experience for both of us (loved learning about BIG BLUE). It makes me proud to see a locally owned company doing such great things for our Pittsburg and the environment. Fun fact: My understanding is that they don't make profit on most of the recycling, apparently?! 5/5. I understand the negative reviews. BUT I feel that MDRR is trending up in resolving these. I feel that more community stuff would be helpful. Heck I need compost so let us know if y'all can help the community with a future event (neighbors and I want to do a no dig lawn cardboard/compost layer effort in October lol) Overall, MDRR Pittsburg is a vital and commendable local company. Thank you for your dedication to excellent customer service, effective communication, and genuine community engagement. Keep up the great work!

Getting support was easy and painless. I contacted support through text option but it was after business hours. The next day a rep contacted me back through text to check on my issue and was able to resolve my issue and questions quickly.
