I had an excellent experience with TWB Moving and Hauling. The owner, Tristan, responded to my Thumbtack request for a quote within one hour, which immediately set a great first impression. Tristan and his team arrived 20 minutes early on Saturday, January 10th, fully prepared and ready to work. They handled all of our furniture with great care-every piece was wrapped in moving blankets to prevent any damage. We moved from a one bedroom apartment in Santa Rosa to Windsor, and they completed the move in just two hours. Tristan and his team were polite, professional and extremely hardworking throughout the entire process. Everything arrived safely and in perfect condition. Tristan and his employees did an outstanding job for us! They did junk removal and moved a houseful of possessions into our new home. They emptied 3 storage units and left them clean. Tristan was always cheerful and helpful as were his helpers. We would absolutely use their services again!
