Everything about this company is awesome! Matt, the owner, is fantastic. He has scheduled me last minute and has helped us time and time again over the years. Their prices are the best we have seen out there!! They are incredibly fair, reasonable, respectful, friendly, and hard-working! Will and Tomas are amazing. They get things done, no matter what. Highly recommend!!

Can I give 10 stars? If you ever find yourself knee-deep in chaos wondering how in the world this became your problem, call Matt and the team at Customized Hauling. We were dealing with what can only be described as the Mount Everest of messes — a hoarding situation, mixed with flooding, sprinkled generously with cat rooms (yes, plural), and topped with an aroma that could knock over a rhino. We were on a brutal deadline — escrow was closing in mere days — and after days of cleaning, packing, and convincing ourselves we were “almost done,” we hit the wall. Matt’s crew showed up like superheroes with dump trailers instead of capes and somehow managed to clear out over 9,000 pounds of leftover chaos without flinching. They didn’t complain, they didn’t flinch, they just got it DONE — fast, professional, and with the kind of good humor you need when dealing with something this gnarly. They saved the closing, our sanity, and probably our immune systems. If you’ve got a disaster that needs disappearing — whether it’s years of accumulated stuff, the aftermath of “a friend who swore they’d clean up,” or an entire cat colony — do yourself a favor and call Matt. Matt came out and gave us the best estimate and was very friendly. His crew was super nice and did a great job taking care of our junk pile and even cleaned up after. They got the job done quick and enjoyed and took pride in their work. I’ll definitely be using them again in the near future and recommend anyone looking for junk removal to use Customized Hauling.
